Safety commitment

Steel City FLT Training's absolute top priority above all others is safety.

Training provided will meet or exceed the requirements set out in the L117 Approved Code of Practice:

"Every employer shall ensure that all persons who use work equipment have received adequate training for purposes of health and safety, including training in the methods

which may be adopted when using the work equipment, any risks which such use may entail and precautions to be taken"

The approved code of practice and the accrediting body set out standards to be met in training. Steel City FLT Training is committed to fully complying with these standards, not because we should or have to but because we want to. Maintaining standards is a crucial part of teaching, promoting and maintaining safety.
